This overview describes the work offered to self-employed professionals and businesses. Your written proposal defines the specific scope, payment and timing. A request is not an order. Any additional contractual terms are provided before you approve the proposal.
What we create
The agreed pages in one language, draft copy based on your information, mobile-friendly presentation and a contact route. You verify the content and provide photos and material you are allowed to use. Webshops, custom integrations, extra languages, a separate mailbox/webmail and third-party licences are not included by default. One professional email address with incoming-mail forwarding is included with the managed website.
Pricing and revisions
- Starter: €0 setup + €29/month, 1 page, 1 bundled revision round. Setup plus 12 months: €348.
- Business: €0 setup + €49/month, 5 pages, 1 bundled revision round. Setup plus 12 months: €588.
- Plus: €0 setup + €79/month, 8 pages, 2 bundled revision rounds. Setup plus 12 months: €948.
Amounts exclude VAT. New features, extra pages or a new direction outside the agreed scope are priced first. Revisions are bundled per revision round.
Launch offer
The first 25 confirmed Starter subscriptions receive the €29 monthly price excluding VAT, with no setup fee for the standard package. Your written proposal states whether you qualify. A request alone does not reserve a place. We record each allocation and the order of confirmed proposals determines who receives the offer. After 25 allocations, new Starter customers pay €39 per month.
The €29 price remains valid while the same Starter subscription continues without interruption. Cancelling and starting again later does not restore the old offer. Extra work, third-party services and moving to a larger package are outside the fixed launch price. The initial term and small-change rules still apply.
Payment and launch
There are no setup fees for the standard packages. The subscription starts when the website goes live and is billed monthly. The initial term is 12 months. Planning starts after your approval and receipt of complete content. You explicitly approve the current preview before publication. A target date is not an unconditional delivery guarantee.
Monthly management
Management starts at launch. Hosting and routine technical maintenance are included. Small changes to existing content are included: for example changing opening hours, a phone number, a photo or a short text. The operational allowance is up to 10 minutes per month for Starter, 20 for Business and 40 for Plus; unused time expires. Routine technical maintenance is separate. A new page, language, redesign, shop or integration is priced first.
Your professional email
The managed website includes one professional address on your domain. Incoming mail is forwarded to an existing email address that you choose and verify. This is not a separate mailbox: webmail, IMAP/SMTP, storage and sending from that address are not included by default. If you need a full mailbox or migration of existing email, you receive the scope and price first.
Your domain and leaving
The domain is registered in your name. A standard .be renewal up to €15 per year is included while management remains active. The initial term is 12 months from launch; afterwards the subscription can be cancelled monthly before the next billing period. You may cancel the renewal during the first year already. Ending earlier does not remove the payment obligation for the agreed initial term. When leaving, you receive an export of your website and content and we help with the domain transfer. Third-party licences and migration to another technical environment are outside the package.
An existing website
A €99 technical check includes up to 90 minutes of review of a small presentation website and a written list of findings and advice. We agree this check in advance; an informal request does not order it. Repairs, migration and a full security audit are not included.
Visibility and availability
We provide the technical basics for indexing, not a guaranteed search position or number of enquiries. Report errors or changes in your workspace. Support timing and any additional service arrangements are stated in your proposal.
